Build today, empower tomorrow.

At Kahaya, we design and build software that helps businesses move forward. From MVPs to scalable, production ready systems, we turn ideas into reliable digital products that ship, scale and last.

What we do

Strategy, design, and engineering from one team.

Three disciplines, one team. No handoffs, no relay.

01

Strategy

The thinking before the build.

  • Discovery & product strategy
  • Roadmapping & scoping
  • UX research
  • Tech architecture
  • MVP definition

02

Design

How it looks and how it works.

  • UI/UX design
  • Design systems
  • Prototyping
  • Brand & identity
  • Interaction design

03

Engineering

Built to ship.

  • Web & app development
  • API & integrations
  • Cloud infrastructure
  • DevOps & CI/CD
  • Performance & scale

How we work

A simple rhythm. No black boxes.

Four phases. You're in the room for all of them.

  1. 01

    Discover

    Weeks 1 to 2

We learn the product, the users, and the constraints. Workshop, research, audit.

    • Workshop notes
    • User findings
    • Tech audit
  2. 02

    Define

    Weeks 2 to 3

Scope, roadmap, architecture, and design direction. Agreed before we build.

    • Roadmap
    • Scope doc
    • Design system foundations
  3. 03

    Build

    Weeks 3 to 10+

Design and engineering in parallel, in weekly increments you can see.

    • Working software each week
    • Design reviews
  4. 04

    Ship

    Week of launch

Hardening, QA, deploy, and a launch runway you own.

    • Shipped product
    • Runbook
    • Handover

Most engagements run 6 to 12 weeks. Some run for years. →

Self-initiated

The team

A small team that builds with care.

Kahaya is a full-service team for strategy, design, and engineering. We think small teams that care ship better software than large ones that don't.

  • Care over speed
  • Honesty over hype
  • Owning the outcome

What's always true

  • You own all the code
  • We work in weekly increments
  • You see progress every week
  • No surprise invoices
  • You can leave at any time

Let's build something.

Tell us about the product. We reply within two business days.

Opens WhatsApp with your inquiry pre-filled. No NDAs required to start a conversation.

Working together

Honest answers, no sales voice.

The questions we get asked most. Answered the way we'd answer them in person.

Rates & pricing

That's what the Discovery sprint is for. Two weeks to turn a fuzzy idea into a roadmap and a scope you can act on. No commitment to build beyond it.

Rarely, and only for teams we'd join as a partner. Cash keeps the work honest. Equity is a separate conversation we're open to having.

It saves both of us a call. If the budget doesn't fit, you find out now. If it fits, our first conversation is about the product.

Process & team

Two to four people: a strategist/designer and one to three engineers. Small on purpose.

Usually within two weeks of a signed engagement. Embedded squads sometimes start faster if we have a slot open.

Yes. No account managers, no relay game. You're in the same channel as the people writing the code and drawing the screens.

Legal & logistics

Yes to both. We can work from your paper or ours, and we'll redline only what genuinely matters.

You do. All of it, from day one, in a repo you control.

We hand over a runbook and stay available for a fixed support window. After that you can run it yourself, keep us embedded, or hand it to your own team.
