Software · Design · Engineering
At Kahaya, we design and build software that helps businesses move forward. From MVPs to scalable, production ready systems, we turn ideas into reliable digital products that ship, scale and last.
What we do
Three disciplines, one team. No handoffs, no relay.
01
The thinking before the build.
02
How it looks and how it works.
03
Built to ship.
How we work
Four phases. You're in the room for all of them.
Weeks 1 to 2
We learn the product, the users, and the constraints. Workshop, research, audit.
Weeks 2 to 3
Scope, roadmap, architecture, and design direction. Agreed before we build.
Weeks 3 to 10+
Design and engineering in parallel, in weekly increments you can see.
Week of launch
Hardening, QA, deploy, and a launch runway you own.

Working together
The questions we get asked most. Answered the way we'd answer them in person.
That's what the Discovery sprint is for. Two weeks to turn a fuzzy idea into a roadmap and a scope you can act on. No commitment to build beyond it.
Rarely, and only for teams we'd join as a partner. Cash keeps the work honest. Equity is a separate conversation we're open to having.
It saves both of us a call. If the budget doesn't fit, you find out now. If it fits, our first conversation is about the product.
Two to four people: a strategist/designer and one to three engineers. Small on purpose.
Usually within two weeks of a signed engagement. Embedded squads sometimes start faster if we have a slot open.
Yes. No account managers, no relay game. You're in the same channel as the people writing the code and drawing the screens.
Yes to both. We can work from your paper or ours, and we'll redline only what genuinely matters.
You do. All of it, from day one, in a repo you control.
We hand over a runbook and stay available for a fixed support window. After that you can run it yourself, keep us embedded, or hand it to your own team.
